STEP 17 - ASSEMBLING THE CUPBOARD DOORS
For this Step you will need:
- FULL CRANK HINGES
- HALF CRANK HINGES (K108 & K120 MODELS ONLY)
- HINGE MOUNTS
- SMALL SCREWS
- SCREW DRIVER
- PREVIOUSLY ASSEMBLY CABINETRY
Before you begin please note:
For MiniKitchen models that have INTERNAL DIVISIONS in the base cabinet, such as models K108 & K120, a FULL CRANK HINGE is used on the left and right hand side of the cabinet and the HALF CRANK HINGE is used on the INTERNAL DIVISIONS.
The following photograph will assist you to determine the difference between the two.
HALF CRANK HINGE: Used for INTERNAL DIVISIONS, otherwise referred to as the Central Under Bench Cupboard, on the K108 and K120 models.
FULL CRANK HINGE: Used on all Models for Cupboards that are not an INTERNAL DIVISION.
Select the CUPBOARD DOORS.
Turn the doors over and insert the HINGES in the pre-drilled holes.
Attach all of the HINGE MOUNTS to the cabinetry. Position the HINGE MOUNTS with the arrow shown on the mount so that it is facing the front of the MiniKitchen.
Attach the doors by clipping the HINGES into place on the HINGE MOUNTS. The Hinges as shown are know as HALF CRANK HINGES.
